Uncovering the Secrets of Exotic Mushrooms in Kent

Mushrooms have always been difficult for us to use in our boxes as the marketplace is flooded with cheap Polish imports. Such is life but not for us. Then we discovered Harvey at Owley Mushrooms. Harvey has just start his mushroom business on the family farm on the Kent/Sussex border. He has spent the first couple of years perfecting his growing and establishing himself at farmers' markets and with local chefs.
